Industrial digitalization and IT/OT integration
We connect machines and production lines to MES, SCADA and database systems using OPC UA, the open standard for industrial communication. We turn plant data into structured information, KPIs and reports so that operations, production and maintenance share one view of the process and make decisions based on reliable data.

Experience
- Technical consulting for factories on machine connectivity, production data acquisition and management, and Industry 4.0.
- OPC UA signal acquisition on pharmaceutical machinery: PLC data reaches the Wonderware InTouch SCADA over OPC UA where no communication driver was available.
- Machine data extraction over OPC UA for a machine builder.
- Electronic records compliant with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 on packaging machinery, with WinCC Professional.
- Centralized control of production lines in a redundant SCADA for a new control room.
