Machine safety and upgrading
We implement safety improvements on industrial machinery and integrate protective devices and safety control systems, as part of bringing it in line with the applicable requirements of Spanish Royal Decree 1215/1997 on work equipment.
From 20 January 2027 the new EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230 applies. If an upgrade requires changes to the safety control system, it may be a “substantial modification”, and whoever makes it takes on the manufacturer’s obligations. What changes with the new Regulation (in Spanish).
