PLC/HMI automation and programming
We program PLCs and HMI panels for new machines, modifications and migrations of obsolete equipment, on the main platforms on the market: Siemens, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff and CODESYS.
What we do
- Siemens: TIA Portal, S7-1500, WinCC HMI, PROFINET and OPC UA
- Motion control with Siemens SINAMICS servo drives
- Omron: Sysmac Studio (NJ/NX controllers and NA panels), CX-Programmer and NB-Designer
- Allen-Bradley: ControlLogix and CompactLogix with Studio 5000
- Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 and CODESYS
- New machines, modifications and migration of obsolete equipment
Experience
- Programming of the FWM line for the new electric vehicle built in Martorell: SIMATIC S7-1517F safety PLC and eight FANUC robots.
- PLC and HMI programs for pharmaceutical machinery with Siemens, Beckhoff and Allen-Bradley PLCs and Siemens, Pro-face and Beijer panels.
- Leading automation departments, creating a PackML programming standard for a whole range of machines and TIA Portal training.
